These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Svantio's AI executive advisory platform (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Service Description

Svantio provides an AI-powered executive advisory platform that offers:

• Strategic guidance through AI-simulated executive advisors
• Business document analysis and strategic recommendations
• Multi-perspective analysis from simulated C-suite executives
• Decision-making support and strategic planning tools

Account Registration

To use Svantio, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscription and Payment

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers (Stripe)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our refund policy
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless required by law

User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize access to the Service

Intellectual Property

Our IP

All content, features, functionality, AI models, and technology are owned by Svantio and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes only.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content, documents, and information you provide to Svantio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

Confidentiality

We understand that your strategic conversations contain sensitive business information:

• All conversations are treated as confidential
• We implement strict access controls and encryption
• Your data is never used to train AI models or shared with other users
• Employees access customer data only when necessary for support

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Svantio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI recommendations
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) with or without notice. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any service interruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails or account is past due
• We reasonably believe you pose a security or legal risk
• Required by law or legal process

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Svantio is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
